Shipping

On the CardBase marketplace, sellers configure their own shipping options and fees. Buyers see the available shipping methods and costs before checkout.

FoxPost (Hungary)

For Hungarian orders, the FoxPost parcel point network is available as a shipping option:

• Domestic only: FoxPost is only available for shipping within Hungary.
• Parcel point selection: During checkout, you can choose the most convenient FoxPost parcel point.
• Tracking: You can track the parcel through the FoxPost system.
• Delivery time: Usually 1–2 business days from dispatch.

EU shipping

For EU orders outside Hungary, sellers set their own EU shipping fee:

• The seller defines domestic and EU shipping fees in their seller profile.
• The buyer sees the available shipping options and costs before checkout.
• Delivery time: Usually 4–8 business days within the EU, depending on the seller and buyer countries.

Important notes

Packing tips

For safe card shipping, we recommend the following packing methods for sellers:

• Toploader: Place the card in a rigid plastic toploader to prevent bending and scratches.
• Bubble wrap: Wrap the toploader in bubble wrap to protect it from impacts.
• Rigid envelope: Use a rigid cardboard envelope or box so the package does not bend during shipping.

Careful packing reduces the risk of damage during shipping and lowers the number of disputes.
